One of our commercial clients came to us with the requirement for a full robust waterproofing solution on this large Operational funeral parlour.

Along with our Chosen Manufacturer in this instance Polyroof products, we came up with the ideal solution which remained in budget and within the allotted time frame.

This project contained over 150 linear meters of high sided parapet walls with historic leaks and ongoing issues reported by the staff. We decided to frame all of the high sided walls and tops , then cover with a sand faced carrier layer then finally the Protec system to create a full seamless waterproofing solution which encapsulated these problematic areas.

All of the existing roof areas on the 10 various roofs where first of all prepared and cleaned with a high pressure jet wash, before the application of the Protec system began.

In order to bring this Project to completion in time we mobilised between 5/10 operatives who specialise in their particular trade, be that liquid application , slating/tiling or joinery. Together the project was complete ahead of schedule for the client and to an extremely high standard.
