St Christophers Church – Ashton Under Lyne

St Christophers Church – Ashton Under Lyne

Westwood PMMA Waterproofing

After a very wet January and February, we finally got this job over the line. This church entrance has been suffering with leaks into the entrance below, hallway and bathrooms. The damage this was causing was becoming a huge issue.

In line with the Westwood liquid specification, this failing asphalt was fully stripped back to the concrete structure in order for us to start the application of the new system. Immediate concrete repairs were taken out and screed was applied to the falls to assist with the rain water run off.

We then continued with the Westwood PMMA waterproofing and hardwearing none slip finish which is an extremely robust solution for any footpath/walkway that will stand the test of time.

This system has got to be one of the toughest on the market.
