Flake fleet Primary school (Fleetwood) (Sandtoft 20/20 Clay tile)

As part of phase 3 on an ongoing project at the school our client asked us to undertake a full replacement of the existing coverings, we removed the existing rosemary type tile carted them to skip’s and removed from site, we then installed over fascia and rafter ventilation and an eaves support system, fitting a new breathable underlay along with new machine graded battens.

Once the roof had been re- covered in underlay and batten, we began to lay the new sand toft 20/20 Clay tile each tile secured to the manufactures recommendations, once tiled we installed new Sandtoft Duracoat ridge and hip tiles secured with a dry fix system, completing the new roof not only leaving it looking excellent but finishing ahead of schedule.
