Are your roofers qualified?

Yes, our team leaders are fully Qualified roofers with at least a NVQ level 2/3 in roof salting and tiling and our staff carry CSCS cards.

What areas do we cover?

We carry out works in Lancashire, The Lake District and all over the UK.

Is there a choice of slate or tile?

Yes, there are 100+ different profile’s/colours of tiles and a vast array of slate from different quarries. During our survey we will be able to advise you whether tiles or slate would be your better option, considering any preferences you may have.

Do we use high-quality materials?

Yes, at Blackpool Roofing we only use high quality roofing products from the best manufactures in the industry.

Do we check your current insulation?

Yes, being part of the NFRC requires us to check insulation levels and advise our clients on the best way to thermally upgrade their properties to meet the current standards.

What happens if it rains whilst work is underway?

Being in the UK, weather can be a hindrance. We pay close attention to weather forecasts and we would never remove roof coverings in the rain or during works. We only expose what we can recover each day. At the end of every shift we make sure we leave each property weather proof and safe from the elements.

Can I reuse my existing slate?

Natural Slate is renowned for its extensive life span and can often be re-laid. During our initial survey we will check the condition of the existing slate and advise you on the most cost effective way to complete your works.
