We offer our customers either a like for like replacement or a full Thermal upgrade to meet Part L of current building regulations. For more complex designs, extension or new build projects we may involve our chosen manufactures to ensure current standards are met from design whilst ensuring functionality and asthetics are considered , frequently working alongside architects & building contractors alike.

Alwitra Evalon VSK - Single-Ply Membrane
This watertight membrane compound consists of VET (Vinyl Ethylene Acetate Terpolymer) and polyvinylchloride. It is a plasticiser free, flexible flat roofing membrane which offers outstanding waterproofing properties for flat roofs. In addition to flat roofs it can also be used for domed and pitched roof although our specialism is with flat roof refurbishment, replacement and new roofs. The key benefit of this product is that it is highly resistant to both adverse and extreme weather conditions and high environmental pollution.
Res-tec Flexitec 20/20
Similar to fibreglass systems, Flexitec 2020 uses a powder hardener for rapid curing and is reinforced with fibreglass CSM for extra strength and crack-resistance. The finished membrane is also extremely tough, impact resistant and can easily accommodate foot traffic. However due to its unique flexible technology, Flexitec 2020 is able to coat all common roof surfaces such as felt, concrete, asphalt, GRP and timber – meaning roofs can be overlaid without the need for strip and replace works. No matter the size, shape or complexity of the roof, Flexitec 2020 provides a seamless, tough and flexible membrane to any roof or balcony area.
Polyroof Protec
Protec is a highly versatile, fast curing, fully reinforced cold liquid applied membrane system ideal for a wide range of roofing and waterproofing applications. The Protec RapidCure technology utilises catalyst, accelerators and inhibitors allowing full control over cure times across a wide range of temperatures all year round.
The seamless Protec membrane features the optimum combination of flexibility and toughness, making it ideal for roofs of all sizes including situations requiring regular foot traffic. Where new insulation is required, the Protec Warm Roof System can be specified as a flat or tapered scheme to provide a highly efficient solution to meet the very highest thermal performance requirements.
