Core Sampling
At Blackpool Industrial Roofing we use a core sampling procedure during our survey to collect samples from various areas of the roof. We then analyse the samples to establish the build up, determine the location of any unexpected entrapped water and insulation. This allows us to provide you a recommendation which is cost effective and accurate.
Electronic Integrity Testing
Electronic leak detection is used to inspect large flat roof areas (usually single-ply membrane) to detect any areas of water ingress, large areas of up to 300M can be covered in just 1 day.
Inspection & Survey Report
We offer our clients detailed visual inspection reports & surveys to show the overall conditions of any roofs in question.
Tapered Insulation Design
We work alongside our chosen Manufacturers to offer bespoke & tailored tapered insulation designs which help remove ponding water in refurbishment scenarios or simply avoid the need for traditional timber falls during complex designs.

Yes we do, we can offer one-off isolated repairs, through to full annual maintenance and repair packages. We offer these packages to our commercial clients as part of their asset management programs, support by photographic reports.
Our flat roof installers are all trained to the highest standard. We ensure our staff attend training with regular, follow-up refresher courses – on and offsite. We use some of the leading manufacturers within the roofing industry for our training.
