Recently complete Alwitra single ply system down at our local golf club – Poulton. Full strip new 18mm plywood finishing in Alwitra Evalon VSk.  

Two lead bays fully stripped and re-designed , new timber deck formed , new falls created. Previous leadwork was oversized and too thin for the required purpose causing the obvious early failure.  

Phase one of a project over in Cartmel, Cumbria. Traditional slated garage roof with new Burlington Blue random width natural slate.

  Full Overhaul of this failing PMMA roof terrace.full strip back to concrete structure with new V/B , tissue faced insulation & f/f carrier layer finished with liquid waterproofing system.The terrace was then covered in 25mm porcelain paving. What a finish.

New Garden Room roof complete with new green slate, mitred hips & lead roll ridge. A fair bit of detail involved for such a small roof. @sjcoatesgutters_ new seamless gutters to finish it off!  

Property in the Cotswolds – Cardinal Slate. Some serious graft went into this one!
